1. Before Work Starts
– If a project is canceled before significant work begins, a partial or full refund may be issued after discussion
2. After Work Has Started
– Once major work is underway or the website is delivered, full refunds are not available
– I always aim to resolve issues amicably and ensure you get a functional website
3. Satisfaction & Support
– Minor issues or fixes after launch are supported for 7–14 days, depending on your package
– I encourage open communication to solve any concerns quickly
