To complete a project efficiently, you agree to:
– Provide all required content, images, and information on time
– Respond to queries or feedback promptly
– Understand that delays in providing content may affect the project timeline

3. Pricing & Payment
– Prices are listed on the Pricing page or agreed in a custom quote
– A partial upfront payment is required to start the project (usually 50%)
– Remaining payment is due before website launch

4. Revisions & Support
– Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions (specified in your quote)
– Post-launch support is included for minor fixes for 7–14 days, depending on the package

5. Intellectual Property
– Once full payment is received, all rights to the website content and design are transferred to you
– Any third-party materials (like stock images or plugins) are subject to their respective licenses

6. Limitation of Liability
– I strive for high-quality, functional websites, but I am not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party services
– The client is responsible for backups and hosting maintenance
